Extremely Disappointing Meal – Poorly Cooked Chicken and Chips

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at KFC Avonwood, Cape Town today at around 08:30. I bought a Streetwise 1 with chips, and honestly, it was a complete waste of my money.

The chicken breast was as white as snow and not golden or properly fried, with absolutely no seasoning or flavour and it was definitely dry as if i could taste the water it was boiled in. The chips were almost half-cooked and definitely not up to the standard I expect from KFC.

I understand that mistakes happen, but when you spend your hard-earned money on food, you expect it to at least be properly cooked and enjoyable. This meal was disappointing from start to finish.

Please look into the quality control at this branch. I hope my experience was an isolated incident, because this is certainly not food I would expect from KFC.
