Extremely Disappointed With the Quality of My Meal

Yesterday at around 18:28, I purchased my meal from KFC Protea Glen. When I opened the package, I was shocked to find the pap completely raw and the chicken tasteless, as though it wasn’t fully cooked. I am a regular customer at this outlet, and this is the first time I’ve received food of such poor quality.

Because it was already late when I discovered the issue, I couldn’t return to the store to complain. I also had no choice but to dispose of the entire meal, as I was afraid of getting sick from eating undercooked food. This means I lost my money on food I couldn’t even eat, which is extremely disappointing.

I hope management urgently addresses the quality control issues to prevent this from happening to other customers.
