EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED BY POOR SERVICE

Placed an order on the kfc app for a delivery from kfc on jg champion rd(Northern drive), tracked the order ND received notification that my order was delivered however I received nothing. Contacted kfc nd explained only to be told that they use Uber to deliver nd a lot of unnecessary stories that was not relevant to me on how kfc conducts business After alot of back nd forth nd my airtime and 2hrs of my time I was totally dissatisfied with the service from the supervisor to the regional manager of Phoenix kfc to apparently personal assistant to the owner of kfc Harain SIngh

Whether I used the kfc app or ordered directly from kfc, the responsblilty of that order reaching me is kfc, if I used a 3rd party app like Mr d nd kfc refused to help I would understand. I hate the fact how customer service satisfaction is no longer cared abt because the staff just don't care.
