Extremely bad service with an attitude

I once again had a sad experience at the same KFC outlet in Witbank on R555 (Old Middelburg road). Again in the drive through on Friday 19 May 2023 @ 18h15. I ordered 2 x double crunch burgers, 2 x twisters & 1 x small pops. The attendant still confirmed if I want a small pops. After payment and at collection, I checked my slip and noticed I was charged R 43 for the pops. When I questioned the price, the attendant called the lady at the drive through. She escalated an argument that I ordered a sprinklr pop. Started off with an attitude again. I just left the drive through, as I was not interested to deal with your employee. This is seriously the last time I will call on a KFC. It is the closest take away venue to my house, but I will rather drive further than experience bad service every time.
