Extremely bad service. Long waiting on the drive thru

Extremely bad service at KFC Klipfontein Witbank, we came to a drive thru and we stood for 1 hour 15 mins without service. We had to switch off our engine due to the time frame we spend idling. This is extremely bad services especially because we had just arrived from a 4 hours drive and all we wanted was a meal for supper. If we had know, we could have go to McDonald's.

Not a happy customer all, next time I'll go to McDonald's.
