Extremely bad service

I went to KFC Vaal Mall on Sunday 20th November 2022 .. Disgusted with the service. The tables were untidy and I requested the cashier at that time to find someone to wiped mine, she just said "ok" with an attitude even ...but guess what! She didn't even request anyone.so I'd like to know if this is the kind of friendly you want your customers to eat on? And the tidiness?who eats at an untidy place? I. Would appreciate your response and a look into the conditions of your franchise and also for you to properly train or rather skill your employees on customer service
