extremely bad service

EXTREMELY BAD SERVICE @KFC MAHUBE

I stopped at KFC mahube last night to buy my daughter a burger meal and wings and when i got to the store there was a long Que at the drive through , so i decided to go buy inside where there was just one lady in front of me and it took the cashier and her supervisor more 20 minutes to help her and they did not even bother to explain to me if there was an issue that they are still sorting out while they making me wait there for so long.And after i waited for that long i was told that what i wanted to buy they could not help with as they are only left with two pieces of chicken .Now my issue is why make me wait for so long only to tell me that there`s no food ? that is number 1 and number 2 is that why are walk in customers treated differently from drive through customers .because if there store was left with only two pieces of chicken then why was the drive through still open for that long Que of cars? i am really not happy with their service and they did not even bother to apologies for making me wait for nothing
