Extremely Bad Service at KFC Francois Road

<p>i ordered a delivery from KFC FRANCOIS ROAD in Durban by Howard College. I'm utterly disgusted and angry at the poor service I got. I spoke to a lady called Sne and I requested that the driver calls me when he gets to my place. We waited hours for the driver mind u I gave them my exact address of my place so we call and ask where the driver is...he said he's outside then we went down to check and he wasn't there....we waited outside in the cold....he then arrived minutes later and he says that he doesn't have a phone but I was told by Sne that she'll let the driver know that I want him to call when he gets to my place....he gives us our food and we pay....the driver the drives off and we were not given drinks since we ordered meals (Tower Burger Meals) we then call Sne and she tells us that there's nothing she can do about that because it's their closing time now so we'll get our drinks tomorrow....I can't tolerate such bad service... whose fault is it that they forgot or didn't bother bringing our drinks? I paid the full amount and I don't receive the full order?? So is that how KFC delivery works??? I'm disgusted at this and I deserve full attention on this case therefore request management to do something about it...if I have to open a case I will I can't tolerate this.</p>
