Extremely bad service always

About once a month/every 2 months I decide to get some KFC. Everytime there is some sort of problem. Usually the card machines are out of order and it has happened that no warning is given so then you are stuck in the drive through with no cash on hand. Today I actually had cash and was supposed to receive change but she had no change to give me in the till and didnt even attempt to look in any of the other tills. So I just drove off as I was in a hurry. When I opened my bag I noticed I only received 7 zinger wings and not 8 as I was supposed to. <br> <br> This is by far the worst service I have continually experienced at one business. No one even cares to explain or assist. Cant believe they are still allowed to operate under the franchise.
