Extremely bad service

I would like to express my depest regret with KFC in kwa Thema square , the service is very poor i had to wait for an hour for my zinger wings, when i askes for the supervisor they all pretend as if they are def, it has been a month since their drive through doesnt work its terrible service am deeply concerned KFC you need to look into this as you may get in trouble.
