Extremely bad service

The website says you will receive your order in 30 minutes time, after 30 minutes then a consultant phones from KFC Apolo sing for the lateness of your order and that the driver is leaving to come deliver. 30 minutes later still haven't received my food. Really???? Unable to ****** ****en trace the damn order on the stupid KFC app.
