Extremely bad service

<p>You better train your drive through people, i went to KFC Value Centre's drive through Saterday evening and the woman says, please park, there is a 3 minute waiting time for your chicken... I told her you always say 3 minutes then it is 10 minutes... Needless to say, i ended up waiting 20 minutes for my food!!!! When the person eventually brought the food she was so quick to say your order is correct, when i checked the order it was wrong and i had to go back into the store again!!!!!!! Pathetic service to say the least and over R200 spent with cold food!!!!!!!</p>
