Extremely Bad customer service

Hi I would just like to post the experience i had with this special, at the Acropolis Mall branch at the phoenix plaza. The manager there is the worst that i have come across and has a stinking attitude. Her name is SANDY.When we ordered the special we were provided with 6 drumsticks and 6 thigh sections, which is totally unacceptable and when i spoke to this Sandy who has no customer service experience and i doubt has been ever sent on training for customer service. While speaking to her she cuts the call on me and after that takes the company phone off the hook, i drive to the store and it’s before 9pm and she has already left for home, like really kfc has no control Over there staff, and seems that management runs the branch in a dictator ship manner. i will never again order anything from this kfc outlet and i am going to go out of my way to name and shame Sandy the manager at this branch, even the cashier has more customer service experience than her, i call her back today to get her surname and still with a attitude tells me i must go do what i want she doesn't care and cuts the call on me again. KFC catch a wake up!!!!!!!!!
