Extremely Bad Customer Service

firstly I must commend the women servers/cashiers at the west street branch, they are always friendly and welcoming. Every time I visited this store and was served by khule, he was always hostile, frustrated and irritated. I am not sure if its only towards me. He is never welcoming or nice. He never greets or smiles when you approach his till. Once again Yesterday the 10/02/2015 , he provided very bad service. while serving me he continued to chat with his fellow cashier mlondi about the beautiful girls in the line behind, I even managed to catch a comment that was said between the two about the girls \the bigger the better". When I dared to interrupt khule to advise him I did not want ice in the cooldrink that ordered and paid for"
