Extremely bad behavior

I walked 15 minutes only to discover that the KFC Wynberg, Cape Town was closed before the advertised closing time and to make matters worse the lady in the store mad as if she didn’t hear me knocking moderately to very loud on the door. There was no sign on the door explaining why the branch had closed early!!!!
