Extremely bad attitude!

We ordered food at KFC Matlosana Mall. We we're waiting for about 35-40 minutes for our food, and it wasn't extremely busy! When we were just asking \How long will the food be?\", she ignored me and had a nasty attitude! People that is so rude and arrogant aren't suppose to work with people!! I will never support KFC again because of her horrible service."
