Extreme Unprofessional Behaviour

KFC Rifle Range is the worse ever, it should just close down. Tonight I went to get a meal and I wait so long and when I asked the lady Dimakatso how far my meal was she was extremely rude to me. I never experienced such unprofessional behaviour as a customer and then she further went on to mock me while laughing with other Colleagues. KFC South Africa has to address this or I’m taking it further.

I refuse to be treated like this as a paying customer and I stay in the area and I support this kfc so much . This is unacceptable.
