extreamly poor service

<p>i work in pinetown and i always buy lunch from kfc pinecrest mall and the service i always get from them is pathetic.staff and management are just the same. on every occasion my order was either messed up or they dont have what i actually want if they dont have it they should have a signage stating they dont have it rather than making customers wait in a long que only to get to till and the cashier says she doesnt have what im ordering.staff are tooo busy talking stories rather than doing what they getting paid to do.its absoultly frustrating because its an ongoing thing were they are giving me the wrong order are they doing it delibrately or what?????and when they you tell them the order is wrong they look at you like you mad and its your fault they dont even apoligise i dont advise anyone to go to pinecrest kfc because they are full of **** managers and staff alike their facebook page proves their bad service delivery.#pathetic</p>
