Exploiting customers

As a customer, I find it utterly disappointing and frankly disgusting that KFC charges almost R20 or more on meals when delivering, on top of a delivery fee. This practice feels like a blatant attempt to exploit customers who are already paying for the convenience of having their food delivered. It's unfair and disrespectful to loyal patrons who expect reasonable pricing, especially considering the already high cost of fast food. Such pricing tactics only serve to erode trust and goodwill towards the brand. KFC should reconsider this pricing strategy and prioritize customer satisfaction over maximizing profits through excessive delivery charges.
