Expired food puchased at KFC, Wilrogate, Roodepoort

Please note that the reason why I am sending this complaint is make consumers aware that this KFC has not regard for you or your families health. On two separate occasion, 25th August 2017, and on 15th September 2017, I was given my order with expired food. On he 25th August 2017, I bought a drive through order of a Variety meal and went home. While consuming the food with my family, I felt the texture of the buns was flaky and smelt its because something was amiss. On closer inspection of the buns plastic packaging the buns expired on the previous day. I called KFC, spoke to Silvia(Manager) and she apologised and asked I come back. I advised here that its inconvenient to drive back that why I chose the drive through. She said that she will investigate and will recorded this incident in their book and when I drive pass in the week that I should come and see her. Please note that I haven't received a call until now about that investigation of feedback. Anyway the following week after the incident I drove pass and stopped by the KFC. Silvia/Selina(Manager) was not in and I spoke to Lebo(another Manager on duty). He brought the book where incidents are recorded and there was no record of my incident recorded in the book my Silvia/Selina . I was so upset and explained to Lebo. he tried to call her and he didn't get feedback. I was upset and left and told Lebo I will go to Hello peter and let the customers know. I mean first its the expired food, then they don't record your incident which means they don't take you seriously and can’t be bother on the quality of food they sell you for your hard earned money.

To put the nail of the coffin, KFC never aims to please and they proved me wrong again. I popped in the store on the 15th September 2017. I ordered a sit in meal and guess what??? The bun was expired by two days now outdoing themselves from the first expired incident. Cleary there was no intervention or process put in place to avoid hat happened in my first incident so another customer will not be faced with the same dilemma., so which means your complaint is a joke !!!!!!! Never the less Lebo(manager) was present and came to my table when I called him and he saw the contents and was disguised and apologised. I told him that I will not let this go and it is the second time, it is not acceptable, you guys are putting the public’s health at risk and I will be contacting the head office. I cannot find the contact number for the head office on the internet. . I will also attempt to contact the Roodepoort Region C city’s health and safety inspectors that issue food licences to inspect the franchise as they products are deteriorated well after the expiry date and still remains on their self . I have the photo’s to substantiate my incidents.
