Expired Coleslaw on the Family Treat 10 pieces_Forest Hill Centurion

On the 15th October 2021 I bought a Family treat meal of 10 at KFC in Forest Hill Centurion. Apon arrival at home for supper I dished out the food to my two kids (Meat chips and the two burgers) .I ate the meat chips and the coleslaw. I could not sleep with cramping stomach and diarrhea Friday night , the whole day Saturday then I decided to visit a doctor that was open on Sunday as I was feeling very week with lower body pains. The doctor gave me an injection and he prescribed medication. I was so sick I almost died. I later realised after the docters visit when i looked for the empty container of the Colslaw it had no sell by date or expiry date sticker meaning the sticker was removed as it was not fresh.I layed a complaint on line with KFC recieved a reference number CAS-766378-D0Z7Y5; YUM:***.A day or 2 days later after I had filled in all of the details that the customer care asked me to fill in a person by the name of Amanda Makele requested my Contact number to assist me with the request in which I gave her several times.Up untill today 28 October I never recieved any phone call from her.
