Yesterday I received great service from Sanele at KFC - Richards Bay Taxi rank. She was friendly, professional and went above and beyond to assist me with my order despite restaurant being full. Her customer service etiquette is beyond comparison. KFC needs thousands of Sanele on their restaurants to keep their customers happy. Keep up the good work Sanele!
