Exceptional service

I want to really applaud the manager and staff at KFC ULTRA CITY. What a joy it is to walk into that store the friendliness of the staff and the manager always smiling and joking they make you feel welcome as a customer and the food at thus kfc is by far the best i have eaten so far and believe me i have eaten from almost every KFC from Johannesburg to Cape Town to every where in Durban but there food here is absolutely fresh juicy and crispy no soggy chips. Dear Manager of KFC Ultra City i wish every KFC could have a manager like you keep up the exceptional service i am loving it #WIN
