Exceptional service

I was assisted by a lady named Betty when I went into KFC yesterday when I asked for a manager. Betty listened as I relayed my story about how my box master had tomato when I clearly said no tomato. Betty was empathetic and apologized for the ordeal and replaced my full meal what an amazing employee she is. Thank you Betty.
