Exceptional Customer Services
I went to Wanderers KFC in Johannesburg this morning at 09:00 and I was serviced by a lady named Gladness who gave me an exceptional services. This is not the first I'm being assisted by this lady and every time she serves customers she goes the extra mile to give the best service to customers, always smiling, friendly and even informs customers of any specials taking place at KFC. I'm always impressed with her service and I would like to suggest to Management to acknowledge her commitment to her work and reward her for her service.<br> <br>
