I would really like to thank the KFC Midlands Mall Staff especially Thuli, Bheki and the manager for making sure that Im the happiest customer, I had a complaint and i had told myself that ill never set my foot to KFC ever gain misunderstandings do happen and they can lead to bad service but with them they took their time attending to my query and within 24hrs it was resolved, they serve with a smile and the manager also doesnt take sides if theres an issue he mediates and come to a solution the world needs people like them.
