Excellent Service Recovery

Good Day<br> <br> I recently had a complaint regarding KFC Sea Point's zinger meals where the burger fillet was extremely small. In fact it was the size of their ketchup sachets.<br> <br> I referred the issue to KFC's twitter handle and I was contacted by the KFC branch to send more detailed info.<br> <br> The matter was addressed almost immediately and Ophias (branch manager) got hold of me turned the situation around with a smile.<br> <br> I would like to thank Ophias who dealt with my complaint.<br> <br> He took ownership of the situation and dealt with the complaint in a quick and professional manner.<br> <br> I will definitely continue supporting KFC Sea Point.<br> <br> Kind Regards<br> D Jordaan
