Excellent service

We ordered online and as our payment went thru KFC went offline. The sms to confirm our order didn't come and we couldn't collect our meal. We were asked to go into the store and the manager tried everything in his power to help us even the staff were very kind and helpful. The online call center was just giving us grief and not giving us any information. We decided to buy another meal and was treated like royalty with excellent service from the manager and his team. They changed our nasty experience into a pleasant environment. I highly recommend this store. I am from the south coast of kzn and this store is I the extreme north coast of kzn. I really wish I had the managers name. He is of an extremely high caliber and should be rewarded for his excellent service delivery.
