Excellent service by employee

I would like to commend on the good service that this one employee (Lettie) provides to client. It is full every month end and on the 15th. When this lady is on duty in front, the first thing you notice is that everyone is seated, it is always calm and there is order at the Palms branch (Pretoria West). Most of the time she is working alone in front. She makes sure that everyone's order is taken, then she indicates how long the order is going to take to come out and then gets us seated so that she can differentiate between those who have been served and those who still needs to be served. Every now and then she verifies what orders are out and calls out for collection. It is a pleasant experience visiting this branch whenever she is on duty.
