Excellent service but below par food.

The service at Mpumalanga Junction in Hammarsdale, Durban, I couldn't fault it one bit. I went through Google, found out they close at 20:00 Saturday 18 June. I called and they confirmed. The went further to ask what was my order... terrible that I didn't ask for the names. When I got there at about 19h45, they had prepared my order and it was ready. The professionalism, the courtesy and the human touch was excellent. The reason this gets a 4 star rating is because the chicken itself was not what I expected. Do much room for improvement. I normally buy KFC from Westville Road, Westville so I have a reference point. This would be 5 stars if it wasn't for the chicken. We ordered 6 pieces and 2 large chips.
