Excellent customer service that exceeded expectation

i would like to say thanks and keep it up to all the staff at KFC Ferndale, i had a huge order and and Solly the Store manager was so accomodating and helpful, i had to keep in touch with them and as i explained myself all the staff was informed and i was not put on hold for a long time as i expected, the day of the order Hloni the team leader was so helpful, Thanks KFC they are for keeps ,please treat them well and invest in them, they know what they are doing....keep it up guys
