Excellent customer service

On the 09/05/2022 I went to buy wings at KFC maponya mall I was impressed with the service they gave.when ordering I was told that I have to wait for about ten minutes for my order which I did not have a problem with while waiting I was called over by the lady behind the counter who gave me a complementary ice-cream for having make me wait for my order. What made me impressed was their ability to communicate and they gave an incentive for the time I had to wait for my order. I hope they will keep it up with how they treat their customers. Excellent customer service I have received in a long time thanks to all the guys at KFC Maponya.
