Excellent customer service

I went to KFC campus square to buy food and coffee. So the lady who was serving me she gave me normal sugar so I told her I need sweetners only to find out they did not have. So I told the lady to only give my coffee even if there's no sweetners is fine. As I was seating down to eat the lady by the name of Nozi she came and said Sir I am organising you the sweeteners and indeed she brought those sweetners. I realised that there is still excellent customer service in some shops. Keep up Nozi for excellent customer service.
