Excellent and Terrible

KFC Durbanville, today, 7.10pm drivethrough.

The lady on drive through was excellent, efficient, precise. Deserves an award.

But the food... I ordered a zinger boxmaster - and got a colonel boxmaster, no zinger fillet

I ordered small pops and they wer stone cold and that blanched colour that they turn after time. I don’t mean they were just warm. I mean cold.

Both pops and part of the fillet went in the bin. Chips were fresh. Such a shame to spoil an otherwise excellen experience with the wrong order and substandard quality.
