Evaton mall KFC is the worse

There is no worse restaurant than KFC Evaton Mall. Stuff is poorly trained and does not understand their own system which makes their service slow. It made me wonder if they even clean their equipment because after ten years of waiting for your order, you either get burned meat or soup that tastes burned. When I went to buy Streetwise 2, I had a WICODE voucher they spent nearly thirty minutes trying to figure out how to enter it into the system; one of them even attempted to tell me that the voucher was invalid at their store, but they eventually figured it out. I was told on my second visit that I couldn't use my WICODE voucher then pay the difference with cash or my card. They informed me that I would have to split my order and forfeit any money left on my voucher. Surprisingly, I had already used two different payment methods at other KFCs, and after losing the remaining balance on my voucher, I was served burnt soup and dry wings.
