Evaton mall kfc

I went to kfc at evaton mall today to purchase some meals for my family ...they checked before giving us the order but yet it was wrong, i only realized it when i got home i ordered wrapsta box ,2 sw remix and 10 dunked wings n i only got the dunked wigs,wrapta box and only 1 sw remix instead of 2 ..am very disappointed at kfc because they checked the orders but yet gave us short staffs..am wondering what is the purpose of checking if this kind of mistakes happens?.i called the customer care number *** and the lady was so rude ,she hangup the phone meanwhile am talking...
