Erasmus kloof KFC: **** service.

Ordered food at 5:45pm, at 6:32pm I receive a phone call from the store saying my order took long but the order just left with the driver, at 7:13pm i phone the store again and ask the store where is my food, as its almost been 1.5 hours, at 7:50pm they eventually arrive, food ice cold, checked the order and they didnt bring any chips, the driver leaves and sais he’s fetching the chips, at 8:50 they arrive with a small packet of chips ice cold as well, im glad you guys think this is good customer service. You guys need to look at the internal structure ( if there is any structure) of your branches, cause they are clearly incapable of very simple tasks.
