Epitome Uselessness

I ordered food from this branch only to get home to realize the food was wrong . Called the branch and asked them to deliver the balance of the food . The manager refused to take my details as she believed the Address was sufficient. After a while of waited I called back to get some feedback and I was passed onto another manger . A foreign gentleman( Norman ) . Accused me of using inappropriate language so my complaint will not be entertained. He went as far as saying " We are used to clients like you so you must come to the shop " .. sounded like I was being threatend . Phoned back again for the third time . With my airtime to mention and spoke to another manger who basically admitted there was no male manager on duty at that instance . Who did I speak to earlier with a foreign accent ??? Turns out he's not the manager . Cut a long story short . Service at KFC IN PINETOWN NEXT TO A VW ON OLD MAIN ROAD IS A JOKE . KEEP THE MONEY AND THE BALANCE OF MY FOOD .... forgot to mention that on Friday the 29/06/18 I again received the wrong food and luckily I checked before leaving the shop . Try stand up comedy since your jokes are so good !!!
