Enraged burnt meat

I went to KFC Pretoria road in Kempton Park about an hour ago, I bought the 9 piece for R114.90 got home to serve and the meat was burnt terribly I called the store and was put on hold for 28minutes I'm beyond disgusted is this what we pay for? Charcoal? My order number was 508
