Enough with KFC Montana

KFC Montana is probably the worst one yet!! I literally had 10min for lunch today and ended up spending 20min there, left with half my order and overpaid! I ordered their new Nacho burger meal and 4 Dunked wings. Had to repeat myself 3 times just to place my order! Get to the next window and the lady is screaming into her headset at someone else about a void and some error. Meanwhile, me sitting in my car not knowing what is going on........ after, I don't know how long, she eventually tells me my order is R49.99, which didn't seem right but she asured me. Paid and she said I would get my slip at the next window. Get there and she asks me don't I want my wings anymore. Suprised I answered, Of course I do. And she says that I need to hand her R15 because the wings are more than what I paid. I reluctantly pay the woman at the collection window and she hands me my food. I look and there are zinger wings in my packet.... I tell her that is not what I asked for and she replies that I then needed to give her more money and wait longer for these to be made. By this time my 10min lunch was something of the past and I asked for my cash back, handed her the wings and left. Everytime we end up ordering there it is frustration upon frustration! Today was just the last straw!
