Enough is Enough!!

On Saturday evening the 02.05.2015 at 22h00 I went to the KFC in Meyersdal to be dissapointed ONCE AGAIN!! Firstly, I had to wait for over 20 minutes to be served (Order No. 279 @ 22h26), yet there were only four cars in front of me. I ordered a Zinger Burger Meal and a Streetwise 2, I specifically asked for two centre breasts because I don't eat any other part of the chicken... I was however, extremely disappointed/frustrated yet again when I got home and opened both meals due to the fact that instead of receiving a Zinger Burger, I was given a Colonel Burger which was extremely oily and revolting, and after not being able to eat that, I was beyond irate to discover that the Streetwise 2 had a thigh and a drumstick with four chips... COMMON!! I have ordered from this branch on numerous occasions and have received the incorrect order far too many times now, and will therefore not be going back until someone can prove otherwise because I am wasting my money, time and it's infuriating. A person reaches a point where ENOUGH is ENOUGH and it has unfortunatelty, come to a point where I won't even go to any of your other branches now - people need to realise customer service is key!!
