Embarrassed at KFC

I've never been so humiliated in my entire life. I went to KFC while on the line to order I was pressed to use the bathroom,I left the queue proceed to the ladies toilets.mind you I am 8months pregnant so I owe frequently. A female cleaner stopped me as I was about to enter the toilet and told me I need to provide proof of purchase to use the toilet.i told the lady I am in lone to buy I just can't hold it in any longer. The lay kept refusing to let me in with proof of purchase we got onto a heated argument and I finally used force and got into the toilet I even peed my pants imagine the humiliation I experienced

I am so hurt by the way the cleaning lady treated me at KFC in Jeppe street at Johannesburg.
