****edup Service from KFC store

Ok i feel so lower than a dog right now as this store accepted an order through their online service and they accepted my money later we received a call from their third party which happened to be their delivery company, and i was like what the f*#k. Why would you guys accept my money and someone else advise me they can't deliver. And this is not they first time we making an order at their store and we had deliveries. I called KFC call centre spoke with Thabiso who refused to listen to my query but kept stating Nomfundo will call must back after this guy dropped 4 calls we made. All I was asking for was a refund of the transaction that they quickly took and failed to deliver
