****ed off and hungry

Made an online order at 13:20 payment went through at 13:25, then started having internet problems then couldn't track order, so I called them at 15h00 because no delivery was coming through. Spoke to Emmanuel who was very helpful who told me that they were having a problem locating a driver to deliver. Driver located then he calls me saying he's outside at 22 Buckingham road, the address written on the order was 220 Buckingham road, started saying that I put the wrong address on the order then he took the order back to the store... imagine I have to call him, hungry waiting for my food only to be given a stinky attitude. Emmanuel then called again saying that the food is back at the store.... I want my money back because I want to buy food cz buying kfc I WAS HUNGRY!! Now they have to call corporate 🙄
