****ed of at the service received from Durban call centre

I am disgusted with the service from the KFC call centre. I called the number +*** which is the call centre in Durban and I spoke to a consultant by the name of Adele. She sent the wrong order through and I paid for the wrong order. I had to call back more than 10 times to query as she kept cutting the call or putting me on hold and she was so rude as if she was doing me a favor. I am so disgusted with the service from her and If nothing is done about this query i will make sure she lose her job cos she don't deserve it, somebody else does.
