Giving a 1 star is even too much for the service we got from KFC online. Ordered online and one gain the messed up the order, firstly they over price on the app and still charge a delivery fee. Then they missed out something in my order and then makes it my problem and say I need to wait 7 days for them to refund my money, the attitude from Nomfundo who claims to be the manager was the worse, says if I can't wait the 7 days which is the process I can drive to KFC.
