ebucks Wi code voucher

<p>Hi</p> <p>I spent about an hour in the KFC in Observatory because myR150 FNB e bucks Wi code was not being accepted by their systems. After multiple phone calls to the customer service, I was sent home empty handed. This was very frustrated and embarassing having to stand there and debate the situation. FNB was also not very helpful as their ebucks call centre was closed. I tried going to a second KFC Rondebosch and there they just told me that they do not accept FNB ebucks Wi code Vouchers, even though I purchased with a FNB ebucks Wi code Voucher a couple of weeks prior. Could someone please explain why only certain KFC's accept these vouchers and why is there no back up plan if the system does not accept the code? Why not just s**** the whole voucher thing if it gives so much problems? Why put people through such frustration and embarrassment!</p>
