Early Morning disappointment

I am very disappointed early this morning. I went to KFC to order my food at Durban The working hours on the door stated 06:00 am I was there at 07:am. I opened the door and asked the team leader if i can be served she said they are not opened. I waited another 25 minutes and when i went to place my order . The Team Leader that was serving me said that there was no Coffee and that they did not receive from the time the shop had opened??? It was so frustrating because i never had breakfast due to a power failure in my area and i wanted to grab breakfast from KFC. it is so upsetting because the menu was advertising the meal with the coffee.
