Dying slow food

3 days in a row went to KFC @embalenhle mall and just got excuse after excuse 30th to 1st of July 2019 the busiest time KFC either had no drinks except Stoney zero or their speed point for drive through wasn't working hence you were forced to fo inside or it took them 20 min to work a speed point at the drive through three staff members and a manager all huddled around the cashier while we wait wondering what was going on we had to ask why it was taking so long before they said "network" problems I don't know why has happened or what is happening to this KFC but I know that the service has gone to ****!!!!!! To the point that one would rather go elsewhere for takeaways/fast-food
