Duplicate order for 9 pieces

I ordered online and bcz of network there was a duplicate on my order. I immediately called Olievenboutch kfc and told them my problem coz i sent someone and that person didnt have a phone. They said they will let all their cashiers know so i should order another one. I placed another one. Johannes called me saying they sold the duplicate one. How so offwhich i informed them earlier. I asked if they can return coz the person i sent is still there, they refused saying its an online order. I am devastated as i write here. What am I gonna do with 18 pieces while we r only 3 at home. I am very disappointed by the fact that they refused to take it back while i told them way before they processed the payment.
